Each Original creation seen in his collections is hand-painted in his art style he created called Linestrax. GrandV created Linestrax in 2016, and left playing college football to pursue Art. Since then, he has done showcases for New York Fashion Week, DC Fashion Week, Harlem Fashion Week and has worked with various different celebrities in the entertainment industry. Grand V prides himself and his company’s designs on True Originality. He doesn’t align with the copying/stealing of others' work and the continuous repetition in both the fashion and art industry. Therefore, Grand V doesn’t classify himself as an artist nor as a designer, he has created a new name for himself as a GRANDIST. A Grandist is a True Original creator of their own art style. A Grandist utilizes their mind to create something original and no reference of others' artwork to find “inspiration” or ideas to copy or “steal”.
